Cementitious Capillary Crystalline Waterproof Coating

Application Fields
Railways, highways, water conservancy facilities, municipal bridges, tunnels, gardens, petrochemicals, mining, power plants, garbage disposal and other fields.

Precautions
1 Coiled materials shall be stored in a dry and ventilated environment to prevent exposure to the sun and rain. The storage temperature should not be higher than 45ºC,
2. When the coiled material is laid flat, the height shall not exceed five layers, and when the cubic material is stored, it shall be piled up in a single layer.
3. Prevent inclination or side pressure during transportation.
4. Construction personnel should wear non-spiked shoes or rubber-soled shoes, and it is forbidden to trample on coiled materials at will.
5. After construction lap joint, the joint of coiled material shall be inspected. If damaged parts are found, special sealing materials shall be used to repair them.

Usage
1.Base layer treatment: Firm, dry, flat, free of sand and oil stains.
2.After the base layer is properly processed, paste the coiled material according to the following procedure: according to the design requirements, cut the coiled material into appropriate sizes, turn the glued side upward, tear off the protective film, lay the first coiled material flat on the base layer according to the baseline, and then lay the second one.
3.After rolling and exhausting the overlapping edges between coiled materials, hot melt welding can be used to strengthen them, or tools can be used to strengthen them to ensure firm bonding of the overlapping edges.
